A leading senior-focused health services company was able to reach its high-risk members from the safety of their own homes, on the phone and through online streaming. Members received the benefit of being kept up-to-date with reliable information about the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as how to avoid contracting or spreading the virus, plus information about their healthcare provider offerings pertaining to COVID-19. Participants were also encouraged to ask questions, making it a personal experience for each member.
