The Baltimore Ravens wanted to allow insider access to owner, Steve Bisciotti, enabling valued Permanent Seat License Owners (PSL Owners) the ability to ask questions and give feedback.
How did the Ravens engage thousands of PSL Owners, while still making the event feel personal and intimate? By utilizing Broadnet®’s Access Live™ platform, the Ravens were able to connect PSL Owners to the event using both telephone and live streaming technology. PSL Owners were able to participate in the event on their phone, or they could stream the event live from the Ravens’ website using the mobile or desktop device of their choice.
