Custom Caller
ID

Broadnet will create a number that has been verified and registered by carriers. When you call your participants, your caller ID name will show for providers that display CNAM.

Since they’ll know who is calling, it will increase your answer rate. Broadnet Caller IDs are also registered to reduce the likelihood of being identified as “spam” by phone providers.

Professional Screeners

As phone participants request to ask the host a question, these screeners will listen to their questions or comments and transcribe them. These questions will populate privately to only the event managers on the Access Live platform for your team to moderate.

Professional screeners are already trained on the Broadnet platform and have experience in quickly transcribing participant questions and comments. This also lets your team members focus on other parts of the event.

Contributor Queue

Participants can enter this queue to give data, such as email addresses for newsletters or casework. It can also be used to collect donations.

Capture relevant data and connect with participants in a queue separate from the Q&A queue.

Live Q&A

Our patented Q&A technology enables participant questions to be screened before they go live on air. Hosts can review the screened questions to determine who will go live and can mute/unmute participants as they see fit.

Host a two-way conversation with participants while also being able to moderate questions and regulate the discussion, if necessary.

Polling

Poll your audience to receive real-time participant feedback during an Access Live event.

Polls are an effective way to encourage participant engagement and can be used to gather opinions, find interest, and identify groups.

Transfers

Allow participants to transfer out of the event to speak to a live person. You can set up a transfer to a call center, donation center, headquarters, etc. Participants will be sent back to the event after finishing their transfer.

Participants can temporarily leave the event to talk to a live person about a topic they are interested in and then be sent back to the event after finishing their conversation.

Inbound Calling

Audience members can dial into your event with a toll-free number and PIN code.

Whether they missed the call, forgot to register, or want to join on a different phone, audience members can dial into the event if they prefer.

PIN List

Require participants to enter a specific PIN to join an event.

This adds an extra layer of security to events to a more targeted audience.

Pinless Number

Inbound calling using a custom 10-digit toll-free number with no PIN required.

Make it easy for your audience to dial into an event. Participants will only have to dial ten digits – without having to go through the trouble of entering a PIN afterward.

Custom Music Hold

The client may choose custom music or recordings to be played during the event’s music hold.

While participants wait for the event to begin, play a pre-recorded message that includes announcements and calls to action, or play your own music instead of the default music.

Detailed Event Report

When the event completes, receive a comprehensive report of individual participant data, including who answered poll questions, asked a question, went live, and how long they engaged for, plus see statistics like average participation time and number of attendees.

Get a high-level view of the success of your event and use the information to follow up with participants. Upload the participant data into your CRM.

Post-Call Message

An automated message goes out to participants at the end of the event to collect voicemails and provide additional information such as contact information, reminders, next steps, etc.

If participants didn’t get a chance to speak with the hosts during the event, they can leave a voicemail at the end to ask questions and give their comments. With Broadnet’s platform, you will have their contact information for easy follow-up.

Voicemail Transcriptions

Receive transcripts of all voicemails left after the event by participants.
