VIA Metropolitan Transit & Access Live™
San Antonio’s VIA Metropolitan Transit (VIA) utilizes Access Live video streaming technology to discuss VIA Reimagined, a part of their 2040 Vision plan, to discover what is essential to residents and how to improve public transportation for riders all over the San Antonio metro area. These virtual town halls are hosted in multiple languages and with an ASL interpreter, allowing for English and Spanish-speaking populations of San Antonio, as well as those hard of hearing, to partake in these critical conversations.
Some of the topics VIA has discussed during their series of virtual town halls include:
