Broadnet monitors vulnerabilities and security threats, scans code, runs penetration tests on our networks, and regularly deploys patches.
Protect from unwelcome guests: We keep our digital house safe and secure by finding and fixing potential vulnerabilities (think an open window or unlocked door) before bad guys can get in.
Broadnet maintains several availability zones and fully redundant network, cloud, and carrier components, allowing for fast recovery times and high platform availability.
Never left in the dark: With our approach, it’s like always having two lamps in a room, so if one falters, the other continues to illuminate the room. Our platform is reliable because we have backup plans in place to make sure everything keeps running smoothly.
Because Broadnet’s Client Manager houses personally identifiable information (PII), all of Broadnet’s connections are encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher, and data is encrypted at rest.
Lock it up: Just like we lock away our most prized possessions that are only accessible if you have the right key, we turn your data into a secret code, accessible only with a “secret key” exclusively held by Broadnet. That way, if someone intercepts it, they won’t be able to understand what it says, keeping your information safe.
Broadnet employees are well-versed in protecting the privacy of the data that clients send. We require regular training, education, and regular testing of all employees.
Neighborhood Watch: We are teaching everyone on our team to be smart, vigilant guards, to speak up when they notice anything unusual, and to protect our digital house from intruders.
Working with vendors and third-party applications, Broadnet regularly audits and reviews the security of these companies to ensure they comply.
