COMMUNICATE WITH RESIDENTS WITHOUT SPREADING GERMS.

Arapahoe County government in Colorado co-hosted two Access Live events with Adams and Douglas counties to discuss the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.

These events included more than 57,800 citizens from the immediate area. The three government entities collectively used Access Live technology to conveniently provide these citizens with timely, accurate information on the participants’ device of choice – all from the safety and comfort of their own homes. The hour-long events took place over the phone and online, and had high participant engagement. Residents were able to respond to polls and ask the hosts questions throughout the events.
