Big Walnut Schools used Access Live™ to provide an update to parents and community members and discuss upcoming construction and improvements within the district.
Access Live made the information available however parents and community members wanted to join: by landline, mobile phone, or via livestream on Big Walnut’s website. Participants could join from anywhere, allowing for higher participation and engagement rates than in-person meetings. This resulted in important information being shared to over 800 participants.
